I had a very disappointing experience at this Bata store. The salesperson was rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. When I asked for information about products and sizes, I received dismissive responses and poor customer service. A good shopping experience depends on respectful and professional staff, and unfortunately that was not the case during my visit. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and improves staff behavior in the future.
There was a scheme where you get a kids diary on every purchase of school shoe , we purchased 4 pairs of shoe but the store manager only have us 2 diaries that to 2025 diaries , store manager refued to give 4 diaries
