I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase from the Bata showroom at Thana, Kannur. I bought two pairs of shoes expecting the standard durability and reliability that Bata used to be known for, but both pairs completely destroyed themselves within just one month of normal use. As clearly shown in the attached photo, the sole has separated completely from the upper, and the material has cracked and degraded prematurely.
