Staff is arrogant seems to have no manners and how to talk to customers
Worst people. If you're first time buyer they will try to fool you by saying shoe polish is free on sandals but in bill the amount of shoe polish of Rs. 99 extra is added. And when caught red handed the person spoke arrogantly and trying to convince me it was billing machine fault. Didn't expect this from big brand like bata. Beware of them. I won't buy ever again from bata. I'm going to file their complaint now.
