I got a chappal from Broadway bata and that was a disaster. It was smell like hell on the 2 nd week. And the poor quality also. I tried for a replacement even they were saying me this was using for rough use. And sadly the sales man on the shop was saying if the cause is affected by raining they don’t have any replacement policy. It ia so sad that a well known brand didn’t know the meaning of rough use maybe include water also. Shitt.
