Good experience
Very poor experience with Bata Broadway, Kochi. I placed an order through the store on June 2 with a promised delivery date of June 5. As of June 9, the product has still not been delivered. The delivery person is unreachable, customer care is unavailable, and the store's contact number is apparently being handled by former staff members. The lack of communication and accountability is highly unprofessional. At least after seeing this review, please update your contact number so customers can reach the correct team.
