would like to suggest that a floor supervisor should be assigned specifically for complaint management. During my visit, one customer was unnecessarily yelling and creating issues with the billing staff at the counter. The customer behaved rudely toward the staff and used inappropriate language, which caused delays and inconvenience for other customers waiting in line. Pathetic store staff. Dont deserve a single star also. Products are also bad quality. Bought a footware, within 2moths of use damaged, when went to replacement as they has 3 months of warranty, the store behavior is like, i asked their life. The face they making is like I'm asking for free. Very rude behavior. Their is Old age guy which is a bigger culprit. He Don't know how to talk with a customer. Very bad store and staff.
