Definitely price and staff are an issue. Feels unwelcome, and not many varieties to check. Designs we like are priced very high. The same branded shoe available 1/3rd of the price mentioned in the Bata Outlet.
Purchased 2 pairs of footwear for my wife, the collection was good the shoes were comfortable, but the staff didn't know properly if the sizes were available, upon asking about the sizes they had straight away decline that they don't have the particular size, it was good that we spotted the sizes otherwise we would have walked out of the store empty handed. Overall the experience was decent.
Service worst staffs
Very Poor Customer Service Very disappointing experience at this Bata store. The staff were not helpful in getting the required model and showed no interest in assisting properly. They were also rude and arrogant. When I complained about the experience to the manager, instead of addressing the issue, the manager simply laughed. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. Expected much better customer service from a reputed brand like Bata.
