Extremely unprofessional staff. Shoe boxes are torn. If asked for a new one, we are told to gift wrap it!. No one to help in choosing or shoe fitting. Worst experience ever, especially for a BATA store!! Lost trust in the brand...
Staff is not responded after coming to show room for more than 10mins . Asking about the product he is telling has the work and you can check on his own . The staff response was very poor. If they don’t want to respond to customers y that have opened in mall. Then have uploaded sales guy image as well . Please take action.
