Very disappointing experience. I specifically asked the staff to pack size 5 slippers, but they packed size 4. When I visited the store at 9:20 PM for an exchange, the manager refused, saying the store closes at 9:30 PM. However, the store's Google Business listing clearly shows the closing time as 10:00 PM, which is why I came then. Even after pointing this out, I was met with rude behavior and had to argue for a long time before the exchange was finally done.
