Product quality is very bad and not even sustained for 10 days from the purchase date. I doubt whether these products are genuine Bata products or not. I bought this pair of chappals on the 30th and got damaged within a week itself... I didn't even use this daily and you can still see the condition of the product...Highly unsatisfied with this and won't be purchasing anything from this shop again...
