Highly disgusting customer service this agency has. Refused to exchange slides purchased for my elderly father who is unable to mobilized to this shop to check correct size. Mist say this agency M/s Fine shoes has no shame to its genuine customer. Despite buying 5 items from this shop, vendor refused to exchange size. Rude and disrespectful owner. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BATA SHOULD TAKE AGENCY BACK FROM THIS VENDOR
