Extremely disappointing experience with this Bata store. I visited the store while on vacation and was informed that the shoes I wanted were not available in stock. The staff suggested that I place an online order through the store, which I did immediately, paying the full amount in cash. I was assured that the shoes would be delivered within 5 days.
