I was taken care of at Bastion Physio. The physio therapist knew what was going on with me first appointment and after a few weeks I started to feel better. Still lots to do but definitely would recommend.
Would not recommend, the therapist takes on a few patients at once but charges the same price as a therapist that spends the entire hour with you. It feels very removed and I didn’t feel like I was getting proper treatment, I went 3 times and left underwhelmed each time.
Hurt my wrist at work and my doctor referred me to Bastion Therapy. They have been great at helping me gain better movement in my wrist and hand
