Professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the process. Highly recommend this firm for immigration and legal services.
Poor customer service. I am still regretting the day we trusted him for our case. When you try to reach him , he starts to make you feel like u r the dumbest person on earth with his lame excuses. Filed the case's without complete documentation then making his clients suffers , complete circus.

I left some documents with the receptionist for the lawyer to sign in the morning. The receptionist/secretary did say that the lawyer was in the meeting and will sign after and she will email the documents. Called twice to follow up and she said she will get back to me shortly and still end of the day no call back I called around 4::30 pm and she didn't have a answer for so I said that my day is wasted since I needed that signed today.
