Bought brand new 34 ft monteray people cant call me back about issues im having.Going to trade in for something i know i will get help with if needed.Thought they were different than most sales people.Their not !!!
Just an all-around great buying experience! It is my first boat and Bassett went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The owners even give you their cell phone # in case you need to get in-touch with them. Mike, the service manager, personally took care of the minor issues that popped up after the delivery of the boat. He also responded quickly to whatever question I have on maintenance, care, etc… And I had a lot of them! When I am in the market for an upgrade, I will be heading back to Bassett!
