I purchased a mirrored end table that was missing 3 of the 9 bolts to put it together. When I called to ask them to send 3 additional bolts, it took 3 hours to reach someone in customer service (apparently, according to the operator, they are on break quite frequently), when I finally was able to reach someone, they gave me an email address to send my request to!
