I’ve never seen this bad quality of a couch before. Everything was such a trouble from first second I ordered couch. I ordered online and store did tell me corporate gonna handle my order. I waited 8 weeks and in this time frame I couldn’t even get a hold with customer service. When my couch finally arrived, bench side cushion had this stain on it they called “fabric mistake” which should have been caught by quality check team (if they have one), and not sent like this. My experience is well aligned with others’ - please check out post sale customer service reviews before buying. Our barely used chair started developing blemish with the proper care. Bassett’s customer service did not take responsibility under their warranty program. The worst was they didn’t even try to understand the problem and stand behind their product. Purchased over $40 thousand dollars worth of Bassett furniture 2 and half years ago. Worst experience of my life. Disappointing to say the least. Hate Bassett.
