Purchased over $40 thousand dollars worth of Bassett furniture 2 and half years ago. Worst experience of my life. Disappointing to say the least. Hate Bassett.
An opportunity to visit, where it all started in 1902! Great, clean town & historical!
Sent almost $2,000 electric recliner back under warranty for squeaky headrest. Lugged heavy chair to store. Gone for weeks. Still squeaks! Happy retirement present!! Sad thing is we bought two. I will not buy this brand again.
