I understand that Drew had a bad experience and a faulty product, but I think his 1 star review skews the overall rating of this particular store. This particular store is an outlet. All of the furniture is high quality, solid wood, real leather, etc. Some of the pieces are one of a kind, custom. There are so many great finds here. People who have to furnish many rooms at once will be able to get a lot of work done here. Plenty of options, very solid pieces (literally heavy wood) in all sorts of styles. Jose was extremely helpful, ensuring I was helped in store as well as getting my delivery to me in a timely manner.

I purchased bench made dining hutch a few years back. It is a very expensive piece of furniture. I have had nothing but trouble with the hutch. A few months after delivery the doors became very difficult to open. I have been going back-and-forth with customer service and yesterday they simply said it is what it is it is the weather. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service it is taken years for resolution and for me the final resolution is completely and totally unacceptable.
