Fabric warranty is a scam. They refused to treat or replace a stained couch claiming the stain was “too old.”
I bought >$20k of furniture. They will not fix the couch - the armless sectional springs are not springy so if you sit on it, you dip down on it vs the other sectionals, and it's ridiculous. But they said I should expect this(!?) and they won't fix it, so buyer beware, they didn't say anything about this when we bought everything. The person who came out said they will fix the dining table so it's straight and the recliner that has a hole will be fixed. This review will go up/down in stars depending on how this transpires.
