We were very well satisfied with the buying and delivery experience. Tom, our sales person, was exceptional with assistance on our seat back and cushion selections, a very knowledgeable person. Overall, Bassett and Tom are above the best.

I worked with Hannah at Bassett Furniture. She was friendly and professional and had really great suggestions. I love the marble top breakfast nook table and the marble coffee table I found at Bassett. They were of superior quality to most similar tables I looked at and the service has been impeccable.

I would give 100 stars if I could! I received my beautiful navy blue leather sofa exactly as planned. I is gorgeous!!! Hannah Barrett was extremely helpful in the process from start to finish. She offered me options (ie: nail trim, etc) that I did not see on the website. My advice is to contact a Design Consultant at Bassett, as you will be able to get exactly what you want. My sofa was made for me and I could not be happier with my purchase. I LOVE BASSETT FURNITURE!

We purchased over $11,000 in furniture and were pushed into buying a 5 year warranty. We paid over $500 for it but were told we would get the $500 back as credit if we didn’t use it within the 5 year period. I did have a few issues but was told to just pay out of pocket so I could get the $500 credit. I paid over $100 for an issue instead of using the warranty. I bought two chairs from Bassett in January 2025. They were ready much sooner than I expected. Hannah at the Mall of Ga store was very helpful and sent communications in a timely manner.
