Andrea was exceptional! She was so great to work with. She let me sit and try everything and also spent time pulling lots of different fabrics for me until I found the perfect one. I’m so excited about my Bassett Furniture!
Great folks- delivery team was short handed due to sickness, but they knew how important it was for us to get our delivery on schedule so we could move in today. Im sure several were involved, but Chris specifically went above and beyond to make it happen. We will always return to them just because of this. Highly recommended.
Bassett Furniture Store out of Fayetteville Performed a service call on our Reclining chair that purchased in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We have have not used the recliner since moving from Bixby, Oklahoma to Rogers, Arkansas 5 years ago. The 2 personnel from Fayetteville came by to check on the reason the chair would not recline. They quickly determined that there was some kind of material in the reclining mechanism and that the motor was not working.
