Not understanding that this is a “custom furniture” store, I called this store to see if they had a particular piece of furniture in stock that I saw on their website. Instead of just kindly explaining this to me, the lady I talked to was very snarky and made me feel stupid. Will take my business elsewhere.
Was told 3 weeks ago that our furniture was ready for delivery. Called Bassett KOP and they told me to call the warehouse. Sounds to me like I just payed $11K+ to do somebody else's job. Not sure why I have to call somebody to get my furniture. Seems like they could do a better job of following up with me, not me with them. Especially considering the prices they charge. Jim the sales guy was great, though. 5 stars for him.
Disappointment with the service I received at this location. The employee assisting us was unprofessional and discourteous from the moment we entered. Despite our request to browse the showroom, we were repeatedly pressured to make immediate decisions. The lack of professionalism and customer care led us to leave without making a purchase. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff member repeatedly suggested that we couldn't afford the sofas, which felt incredibly inappropriate and judgmental. Even if we came close to closing time, there are more respectful ways to communicate with customers. On top of that, the furniture quality wasn’t impressive—better options are available elsewhere for the same price. Overall, I’m highly dissatisfied with the treatment we received and the quality of the products.
