I was really anxious about decorating my family room. I went to Bassett because I've always like their styles and quality. I worked with Sharon Zemola and she was wonderful. Very patient, took her time to put me at ease and she helped me pick out beautiful furniture. Everything was just delivered and set up last week, and I am 100% happy with everything. The delivery people were incredible as well. They set it all up, provided suggestions, and took all trash away. I will definitely order from Bassett again. Thank you!

Our salesperson Sharon was warm, and knowledgable. She allowed us to make our own decisions at our own pace with no unwanted suggestions. She helped us identify places where we would be happy to save a little money, and guided us to the perfect chairs for us. The chairs arrived this week, via friendly white glove service, and they are more beautiful and lkuxurious than we had expected. We love them! Will definitely be back!
Sharon Zemola was a dream to work with. She listened carefully to my needs, and she directed me to the perfect swivel rockers to fit my space. Sharon also helped me come up with a great fabric and cute piping to compliment my sofa. She found just the right wood feet for the ottoman I purchased. My room now has a pulled together, custom look that I was hoping for.
