Great salesperson in Sharon Zemola, who gave great advice while letting take our time to walk the store and browse. Once we found what we wanted, she guided through the process flawlessly and took our order. When the chair we bought was delivered, she followed up immediately. I would recommend anyone looking for great furniture go to the Orange/Milford Bassett store and ask for Sharon. You will not be disappointed.
We worked with Sharon on selecting the perfect pieces that not only fit comfortably within our space, but also fit our needs and the style of our house. She was patient, kind, supportive, and professional. We love the selections we made with the help of Sharon and we would absolutely recommend her!

Sharon at Basset helped us organize our thinking after long searches for just the right furniture! She was so helpful in giving us tips, and guiding us to make the right choices! I needed someone who was honest and dedicated! She always took the time to respond promptly and assist with our many questions!
Walked in and made eye contact with a sales rep. He then walked away and said nothing. Would’ve been nice to have some help looking around. Eventually after looking around on our own another rep came up to us and asked if we were just browsing as we were exiting. There was one other client in the store. No reason to have a rep literally watch us walk in and turn around. Felt so uncomfortable we left and purchased our furniture elsewhere. We were dressed nicely and ready to buy. They must not need the business.
