I worked with Sharon prior to purchasing a new sectional. I am not always the easiest customer but Sharon was very patient allowing me to get exactly what I wanted. She is also very knowledgeable about her products and design.
Sharon was absolutely wonderful. We totally redid our family room and her advice and suggestions were great! Our furniture was delivered a few days ago and the room has been transformed into a cozy, warm, comfortable go to place and it was all due to Sharon and her advice both in and out of the showroom that made this result possible. We're getting rave reviews from friends and family and it's all due to the quality of the furniture and the excellent service at Bassett.
