Manufacturing/delivery took way longer than expected but good customer service after it arrived
This was a great shopping experience for a couch and loveseat. Instead of wandering around the store looking for something that might work, we were greeted by Lisa Higgins who helped us navigate the different options that Bassett (in Reno) can provide. It was all quite simple, identify the general style you want, determine the size you need, select the firmness and style of cushions, pick the fabric, and accent features and just like that you are done! Quick and easy! This is the way to furniture shop!
