I recently purchased a sofa from Bassett Furniture and cannot recommend this store and its staff highly enough. Upon entering the store, I was greeted warmly by Bill, a salesperson who was as helpful as he was professionally and impeccably dressed. Upon ascertaining that I was shopping within specific budget parameters, Bill escorted me to all of the items within that price point as readily as someone showing off the most expensive piece in the store. We ordered a bedroom set in January of 2025. I checked in on the order in April (even though the contract states they will keep me updated often on the order) and they could not find the status of our order. After ~ 2 weeks of getting different stories on where our furniture was, they finally told us they never made the furniture we put a deposit down on. My wife and I have become repeat customers at Bassett furniture due to the great service and quality products. Our most recent experience with Tracy was excellent!! We came to the store in search of a piece of wall art and left the store with that art and a lovely patio set that we've been in search of for two summers.
