The staff were very helpful and professional. Wendy and Jennifer have been extremely helpful. The photos are of brand new delivered furniture. Obviously a manufacturing issue.. I’m terrible disappointed in what I thought would be higher end furniture. I will update the review upon completion of the “service” endeavor…
We recently purchased a new dining room table and chairs and new runners for the hall. We worked with designer Martha Harrison. Martha worked diligently with us to select the table that best fit our needs for our dining room and selecting the rugs that worked best for our space and other colors in adjacent rooms. Martha came to our home and measured the space and then met with us in the showroom to select furniture and rugs. I walked into this store in Central Park Fred VA, looking to buy a sofa that day! I was anxious and excited. I walked in and NO ONE came to greet me! I walked thru the showroom and still not one person in sight! I walked out. I've never seen anything like this in my life for sales & I'm a realtor! Would I recommend this location? Nope, absolutely not.
Had a great buying experience today at Fredericksburg Bassett Store. Wendy was so patient with us and helped us put together a gorgeous living room for our new home! She too the time to get to know us and find out all about the space we were buying for; what we already had for the space, what we still needed and made terrific color, pattern and style recommendations. We couldn't have done it without her!!
