I rarely write reviews, but this company’s customer service was so shockingly bad it deserves a warning. The most awful experience and would not recommend to any individual that is looking for quality furniture, and transparency. The Sales Assistant claimed the fabric was strong, durable, and was perfect for pets. Within one month, the dye transfer from clothes turned the couch from BRIGHT white to blue and black. It was a great experience. Donna was very helpful, courteous and professional. It is not my first experience with Basset and I always feel secure of the quality and help I get.
I received excellent customer service at Bassett. They were willing to exchange a custom dining chair order when I wasn’t completely happy with them in my home. The store manager at the Paramus store and design consultant Sarah made the process easy and painless for me. This willingness to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction is something you don’t see much anymore. I will look to Bassett first for my future home furnishing needs.
Donna was a pleasure to work with. Listened and had very helpful suggested, we purchased a sectional. Donna was very informative on our options, and managed our expectations perfectly We look forward to working with Donna again.
Shopping for furniture can be stressful. Our design consultant, Donna at Bassett Furniture in Paramus was very patient and helpful. She walked us through our many options and worked with us on selecting pieces to meet our style and functional needs. We have purchased Bassett Furniture in the past and knew the quality of their work. It is nice to see that their staff and showroom continue to be excellent.
