I had a wonderful experience today at Bassett. Mark was absolutely incredible! He listened, problem solved and took great time and attention during my experience. He was really great. I never imagined it would be that easy, that I would feel so sure about my purchase, and that I would thoroughly enjoy my designers partnership—that is how it felt. Every furniture shopper deserves Mark’s expert, concierge service. Ask for Mark!
My overall experience was excellent. Donna was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to delivery. I would definitely return for any other furniture design in the future.
Spent $4,000 on a custom couch that has feathers coming out of it everywhere and the fabric is beading all over the place. Instead of some kind of credit, the manager at the store suggested I BUY an extra cover for each cushion ( $30 each) and some kind of bead remover. I haven’t even had the couch for 1 year! Never again will I shop there!
