The staff is very helpful and provides individual attention, which makes the experience pleasant. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but overall it’s a great place to explore quality furniture options. They have ample of parking.

We had a lovely experience purchasing a new couch with Alexandra! She was so accommodating and showed us so many options, layouts, and fabrics. Never any pressure to buy - just a genuine desire to help us find the right couch! We received our couch recently and it is stunning and so comfortable! I absolutely love it!
I rarely write reviews, but this company’s customer service was so shockingly bad it deserves a warning. The most awful experience and would not recommend to any individual that is looking for quality furniture, and transparency. The Sales Assistant claimed the fabric was strong, durable, and was perfect for pets. Within one month, the dye transfer from clothes turned the couch from BRIGHT white to blue and black. It was a great experience. Donna was very helpful, courteous and professional. It is not my first experience with Basset and I always feel secure of the quality and help I get.
