We had a wonderful experience at the Bassett store in Hartsdale. Our saleswoman, Maria was very knowledgeable, helpful and left no stone unturned in our quest for a new sectional. She was very relatable as well. This was my second purchase from this store and I'd go back again.

High quality service for quality furniture. We had a very pleasant experience after a extensive search for the right pieces of living room furniture. Maria was such a pleasure to work with from the Hartsdale, NY store. From the minute she greeted me, I felt comfortable with her easy, friendly and knowledgable personality. She guided me through the process of selecting a custom couch and gave me a mock up of what it would look like in my space. I needed a total update to my living room/family room and Maria Ciringione at Bassett Furniture in Westchester was great. She took the time to understand my style and her attention to detail was welcoming. We started with the perfect sofa and once that was delivered she visited my home and designed the perfect add-ons to make the room complete (pillows, rug, lamps, coffee table, pictures, console table, etc).
