We absolutely love our new couch. Maria was incredible! She was so patient and helpful with designing our custom couch to fit our family room. While waiting for the delivery, Maria reached out several times to keep us updated. We would recommend Maria and Bassett to all of our family and friends.
Maria was amazing from the Hartsdale showroom. She was so patient…I must have sat on each couch several times before I made a decision. We also bought an ottoman and rug that looks great together. The fabric choices were another struggle for me but Maria pulled it all together. Thanks again
We worked with Annalisa at the Hartsdale location and had a wonderful experience. She was very professional and knew the options for the custom sofas inside and out. She helped us design our sofas in the store, and was very responsive via email when we wanted to add additional pieces to our order. The furniture was recently delivered, and we love it! Overall, a great experience.
Annalisa was amazing! We went in just to browse and ended up furnishing most of our place. She was detail oriented, friendly, and understood my vision. She was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process from purchase to delivery. I highly recommend this store, and Annalisa!
