My design consultant, Jennifer Anastasi, Was terrific. Incredibly helpful, made the process very smooth, in addition to being very efficient. We had a custom chair designed, ordered, and at our house and under the estimated time! I would highly recommend. Great showroom and very helpful staff.
Horrible customer service there a woman that works there and if you have her in speaker she hangs up on you she loud and scream all the time will not be buying from basset anymore
We had a wonderful experience at this location. The design consultant, Annalisa Burgio is fantastic. She is professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Miss Burgio made the experience great from the moment we first walked into the store! I highly recommend a visit to this location.
Annalisa was awesome - knowledgeable, kind, professional and very responsive. We would totally look forward to working with her again.
Jennifer was an absolute dream to work with, and Joann assisted us as well nothing was too much trouble. They made my design choices much easier and gave me some wonderful advice. Would highly recommend! Thx you Jennifer.
