Our designer, Annalisa Burgio, was extremely talented and had wonderful suggestions. She is a true professional, quite knowledgeable, meticulous in detail and a pleasure to work with. Annalisa follows up and responds to your questions promptly. I would highly recommend her to decorate your home.
Waiting For a couch 3 months. These people in the store are ABSOLUTELY USELESS. No manager to speak with. They gave me the number for the manufacturing facility and said good luck. Of course I called there and had to leave a voicemail. No one ever calls back, but we’ll see. Don’t do it to yourself. Look somewhere else.
Annalisa was the best!! She’s an amazing consultant and helped me pick out pieces for my new home that I’ll cherish forever!
We absolutely love our new couch. Maria was incredible! She was so patient and helpful with designing our custom couch to fit our family room. While waiting for the delivery, Maria reached out several times to keep us updated. We would recommend Maria and Bassett to all of our family and friends.
Maria was amazing from the Hartsdale showroom. She was so patient…I must have sat on each couch several times before I made a decision. We also bought an ottoman and rug that looks great together. The fabric choices were another struggle for me but Maria pulled it all together. Thanks again
