I had a fabulous experience at Bassett's Chestnut Hill, MA store. I have no bought furniture in 30 years so this was a big deal for me! Julia the designer helped me select the perfect sofa and desk. She was very skilled at pairing me with just the right pieces I needed. The store is beautiful, spacious and easy to walk around. Manager Heather was super helpful as well. The delivery was white glove. The guys were nice, helpful and efficient. Thankyou Bassett!
Quality of furniture is excellent and sales rep Denise was very pleasant and helpful. However, I found some other staff members there to be incredibly rude. I have seen this comment in other reviews. Not sure I feel comfortable going to the store again.
