I went in last weekend to buy a piece of furniture for my new home and had a great experience with Krystle. I had a specific fabric in mind that she was able to find for me and use her expertise to consider what the fabric could be used for. Once I landed on a chair, she helped move furniture around the store so I could see it with different pieces. Krystle also helped ensure that I could use a credit that I was going to lose if not used by the next day. She was very helpful and I look forward to going back for more pieces!

I had the worst experience with Bassett Furniture at their Garden City, NY store. I purchased a dining table on April 19, 2025, paying $2,420.16 in full, with a promised 4-week delivery. The delivery failed on May 20, and I’ve faced delays and silence for over three months. A damaged base led to a $500 refund, but no replacement arrived.
