I can’t say enough good things about Begonia, my saleswoman that I purchased bedroom furniture from. The sale didn’t end the day I purchased! She has emailed me consistently with updates on the status of the delivery time period. She is amazing and I highly recommend her to guide you through the Bassett experience. What a pleasure!!!!
About the Farmingdale store on Rt. 110 , the only one that has something on the ball is Janice M. Very helpful and follows-up on everything. She is without a doubt a credit to the company. Thank You Janice
Let me start off by saying that I wouldn't recommend Bassett to my worst enemy. Ordered my $7000 bedroom set in Nov. 2021 We were told that delivery would happen sometime in Jan. 2022 Guess what ? In a week and a half, it will be June. And my 70 year old body is finding it very hard to peel myself off the floor every morning. Bassett is a total disgrace. Please give me back my money , so I can move on. By the way there communication skills SUCK !!!
The sales people are great. Once you pay for your product, it’s all downhill, really fast. I was delivered a table with only 3 chairs and customer service is working from home. It’s a joke. Another chair is damaged, who knows when that we be replaced.
Wish I could leave zero. We placed an order in August and were told it would take 12-16 weeks to receive it. On Oct 7th we received an email from our sales rep telling us our order would be completed by the end of October so of course we were excited to be getting our $1600 ottoman soon.
