We were referred to Bassett several years ago by our Designer as we were building a new home. Once there, our experience was fantastic! Liz Jackson at Bassett (i10 Katy freeway location) went above and beyond to ensure my sofa was delivered quickly before family arrived for my spouse’s funeral. Her compassion, professionalism, and design expertise made a difficult time more manageable. She truly cared, and her eye for detail and follow-through were exceptional.
