Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The staff seemed disorganised and lacked knowledge of their own ordering system — it took hours just to place a simple order for display goods, and at one point we were even told to go have a coffee while they “sorted things out.” We came back and they still had not, had to return the following day just to complete the order.
