We are extremely excited about our recent purchases. The quality of our new living room is unmatched and it works perfectly in our new home. We have used Bassett before and have always been pleased. The attention and service we received in Chandler from both Yelena and Dawn was exceptional.
I have worked with Marci out of the Scottsdale store to furnish our new home. She has been wonderful to work with. She has helped with every detail. Her professionalism and responsiveness has made working with her and Bassett an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend Marci & Bassett to everyone whether your project is big or small.
Elena and Katie at the Chandler Bassett store were extremely helpful with our need to order firmer cushions for our Bassett sectional purchased a couple of years ago. The new cushions arrived in a timely manner and we're exactly what we wanted.
I ordered a $4000 credenza 5 weeks ago and it was supposed to be delivered in 2 or 3 weeks. I still have nothing to show for my money and would like to just cancel at this point but can't seem to get ahold of anyone. Every number I call, they give me another number or there is no answer. Worst customer service ever! Edit: The owner responded and said to contact costumer service. I did that and still no credenza. 7 weeks!! When I asked to cancel the order they said it will cost $600 to cancel. Just deliver what I paid for!
My experience working with Katie Jennings was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable about the products, fabrics, fabric care, etc. She gave me all the time I needed to make my decisions. I trusted her design skills and the suggestions she made. I was very pleased with all of my interactions with her.
