Katie was our design consultant. Katie was very professional. She knew when we needed her input. Never rushed us. Had all the answers regarding the different collections we were evaluating. Highly recommend her and the Bassett design center.
From the moment we met Aimee, I knew we were in good hands. Aimee's welcoming smile, energetic spirit and extreme product knowledge made us feel right at home. We submitted an insurance claim for which we went into the store to shop for replacement chairs. As a side note, the manager, Dawn and store operations, Trent were fantastic and amazingly helpful in guiding us through a smooth insurance claim process.
