I am a repeat customer of this Bassett store but am very disappointed in the care and lack of concern from the manager following up with me. Shortly after delivery of my couch I made a phone call to the store and was advised that I would hear back but no return call. I was persistent in leaving messages. Finally the store manager was able to take my call but the outcome was not at all satisfactory. Sam advised that he would take back the couch along with a restocking fee of 50% of what I paid for it!
