Wasn’t impressed. Most of the products there are made in Vietnam, hardly any USA stock. Most of the furniture was outsourced overseas to save money. It put a very bad taste in my mouth.

I ordered the Beckham sectional from this store—one I had previously owned from another Bassette store and absolutely loved. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. First, there were significant delivery delays, and I had to constantly chase updates. The store manager repeatedly told me she would call back with new delivery dates, but never once followed through. Dining room table came with termites and larvae. Bassett Furniture promised to reimburse for my table and never did. They lied to me and I have proof. They have ignored my attempts to resolve this problem.
