Dining room table came with termites and larvae. Bassett Furniture promised to reimburse for my table and never did. They lied to me and I have proof. They have ignored my attempts to resolve this problem.

Our experience shopping with Bassett was bad. We should all boycott bad behavior and reward the good. If the Sarasota store doesn't care about it's customers, I should hope that corporate would. All we heard was crickets. We found and ordered what we hope will be a well made comfortable sectional sofa. The purchase part was easy. Sign the contract and pay. We were disappointed with Kate our design consultant. Though she was friendly and knowledgeable her follow-up was certainly lacking. Quality control has declined. Several pieces were damaged and replacements took very long time.
