I ordered the Beckham sectional from this store—one I had previously owned from another Bassette store and absolutely loved. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. First, there were significant delivery delays, and I had to constantly chase updates. The store manager repeatedly told me she would call back with new delivery dates, but never once followed through. Dining room table came with termites and larvae. Bassett Furniture promised to reimburse for my table and never did. They lied to me and I have proof. They have ignored my attempts to resolve this problem.

Our experience shopping with Bassett was bad. We should all boycott bad behavior and reward the good. If the Sarasota store doesn't care about it's customers, I should hope that corporate would. All we heard was crickets. We found and ordered what we hope will be a well made comfortable sectional sofa. The purchase part was easy. Sign the contract and pay.
