Denise went above and beyond to help us get furniture for our new home. Excellent customer service from her and the Greenville store. Highly recommend!
Very bad service ! I bought a clearance couch and because it clearance the batteries went out in 3 months went back and she informed me oh because it clearance batteries as is and I can sell you some for $266. Bad customer service and no good faith . I spent almost 2k and I cannot get batteries they didn't work when you sold me the leather recliner
Not impressed with the sales staff
Contacted their customer service for assistance with figuring out the part number for the couch I bought. The USB controller was broken. (I've had this couch for less than a year, and the power reclining stopped working on one side of the couch, which is due to I think a faulty switch, as the usb charging stopped working too on that side of the couch.) I have not had a good experience with Bassett unfortunately. I love their furniture in my bedroom, and we recently decided to upgrade to a king size bed and ordered the same bed we have had because we had such a good experience with the retailer we originally ordered from in Charleston. Upon calling a week from purchase to find out about delivery timeframe, as my salesperson told me to do, I was given a date when the person I spoke with thought I could expect delivery.
