I have not had a good experience with Bassett unfortunately. I love their furniture in my bedroom, and we recently decided to upgrade to a king size bed and ordered the same bed we have had because we had such a good experience with the retailer we originally ordered from in Charleston. Upon calling a week from purchase to find out about delivery timeframe, as my salesperson told me to do, I was given a date when the person I spoke with thought I could expect delivery. Keisha was great. The whole process was smooth and quick
The store was clean, plenty of options and even offer custom made furniture. The salesperson was a little too high pressure for our comfort. Didn't really allow us to browse the store and kept pushing us towards what they wanted us to purchase.
I needed design services for a new office space for a local financial firm and was unbelievably lucky to come across Michele. She met me at the space (on her day off!), came up with excellent suggestions for furniture and rugs, did an "above and beyond" 3D rendering for the firm, was incredibly responsive via email, phone and text, and so much more.
