I needed design services for a new office space for a local financial firm and was unbelievably lucky to come across Michele. She met me at the space (on her day off!), came up with excellent suggestions for furniture and rugs, did an "above and beyond" 3D rendering for the firm, was incredibly responsive via email, phone and text, and so much more. When I walked into the Bassett Home Furnishings at 773 Haywood Road in Greenville, I was fortunate to have Janice Lachman offer her assistance. As a Design Consultant, she understood my tastes and made her recommendations accordingly. She then came to my house to view the den for our best and final decisions. Not the top quality furniture we were lead to believe.. The so called Design Consultant Michele Lyden is NOT as knowledgeable as she thinks. She said their furniture comes from North Carolina, wrong it is delivered from a warehouse in North Carolina. The $7100 bedroom set we purchased has a big sticker on the back stating Made in Vietnam! The reason it took so long to build is it care on a boat shipped from Vietnam. This weekend, I walked into Bassett Furniture just to browse their outdoor furniture selection. Michele, an incredibly friendly and helpful staff member, approached me and let me know she was available if I needed any assistance.
