Keisha was great. The whole process was smooth and quick
The store was clean, plenty of options and even offer custom made furniture. The salesperson was a little too high pressure for our comfort. Didn't really allow us to browse the store and kept pushing us towards what they wanted us to purchase.
I needed design services for a new office space for a local financial firm and was unbelievably lucky to come across Michele. She met me at the space (on her day off!), came up with excellent suggestions for furniture and rugs, did an "above and beyond" 3D rendering for the firm, was incredibly responsive via email, phone and text, and so much more. When I walked into the Bassett Home Furnishings at 773 Haywood Road in Greenville, I was fortunate to have Janice Lachman offer her assistance. As a Design Consultant, she understood my tastes and made her recommendations accordingly. She then came to my house to view the den for our best and final decisions.
