Jordan came to our house and gave some wonderful ideas for recreating our Livingroom which was totally different from what we had. He then put all those ideas into reality and it looks totally awesome!!! This was the second project he worked on for us and if we do any other rooms he will be the first one we call.
Jordan was amazing. Patient, super knowledgable, friendly, attentive. worked with us closely to pick the couch and chairs that fit our space and style. Highly recommend. You get what you pay fair - buy cheap furniture, get cheap furniture.
Working with Jordan at Basset Furniture was a great experience. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. Let us explore many options without rushing us. And his visualization software helped us see the space we were working on with the pieces we were thinking about.
Jordan was amazing. He listened to our needs. We were open to new ideas regarding color. He sent a hand written thank you note which we were very impressed. He followed up after delivery making sure we were happy and had no concerns. We would highly recommend Jordan to our family and friends
