Had a really great experience shopping with Jordan in the store. Super knowledgeable and helpful selecting fabrics and styles. Everything came beautifully made and delivery was very professional.
We recently purchased our sectional from Bassett. Had stopped at other stores but Bassett was clearly a notch above in terms of quality and selection (as well as in the overall "ambiance" of the store). We were assisted by Jordan who was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. We wrapped things up after one visit and received our sectional in about 6 weeks. Looks great.
Jordan was wonderful to work with, from helping with selection to his follow up from the time the order placement to delivery. The in-store experience and delivery were top notch. I am giving 4 stars due to a problem with one of two pieces of furniture. The accent chair was configured incorrectly (the wrong finish on the frame) and the frame of the chair was so far off that the chair had a severe rocking from corner to corner.
