I recently purchased two sofas, a chair and table from the Bassett store in Amherst, NY. I am 75 years old and after sitting on the sofas experienced difficulty with respect to support in the sofa seat cushions which made getting up quite challenging. Upon contacting the store regarding my concerns, the management staff was dedicated to ensuring that issue was addressed.
