We had an amazing experience and great service. Purchased a media console, cow-hide rug, area rug, and custom sofa set. Marie was our person we worked with. We are happy with the quality of the purchases we made and the service was friendly and not at all pushy. Pure garbage i spent thousands for my sofa 2 years ago and its falling apart.
I was next door to this building waiting to get picked up after my medical appointment. One of the employees, an older white women in a dress came out the back door of Basset Furniture and intensely stared at me from across the parking lot. I was just waiting around for a ride I had done nothing out of the ordinary. After my ride came she went inside. Very unhinged creepy behavior.
