I’m so pleased with my Bassett experience. Working with Karen Moore was an exceptional experience. She took her time and laid out all kinds of options, including modeling the selections in our room to see size and path of travel. Our delivery experience was also wonderful. I’ll be back, Bassett!!
I purchased a sectional in 2021, thinking Id buy high end, included the warranty, and didn't plan to buy again for many years. Unfortunately, it's been nothing but a headache. The fabric spots easily, and Guadsmam sends cleaning solution that makes it worse. They are very difficult to deal with, so I recommend any other warranty company. Since they refused to clean it, I hired a private company who said they also can't clean it due to the cleaning tag. Their adjustable bed frames are 3x the price as other stores with less features. Their outrageous $300 delivery charges do not include mattress removal. Their mattress quality is below average.
Worked with Tracey, she helped us order our entire living room and she did a fantastic job.
We purchased a custom couch and worked with Tracy throughout the entire process. Tracy was so friendly and knowledgeable. Tracy took the time to understand what our family was looking for and which options would work best. We cannot wait to lounge on our new sofa!
