We worked with Kim Gable and she was very thorough and helpful.. we love our new table and chairs! She spent lots of time with us looking at different combinations, helping us to get the best deal as well :)
I purchased a custom couch, custom dining table, chairs, and pillows. They are beautiful turned out great. Kim was great assisting me. The delivery team were awesome. They were respectful, very knowledgeable, gracious, assisted putting furniture gliders under all the furniture, and the best delivery team I have ever experienced. I would not hesitate to order again! Thank you!
I had the most pleasant experience today with Kimberly! She helped me with a transaction over the phone for the most beautiful coffee table! She was so kind and bubbly. She even called me back to let me know that they had a matching side table in store! I sent my husband to pick up and honestly I’m a bit envious he got to meet her in person! 😂 I look forward to working with her again!!
What a GREAT experience! We went into Bassett Furniture with an idea of "maybe" what we wanted for our new home that will be completed in July. We worked with Jenny and she was absolutely wonderful! We gave her our house plans (measurements) and she worked up some ideas! She listened to us, not knowing exactly what we wanted and we went from there! She made the experience so much fun. Thank you Jenny and we can't wait to see our new furniture in our new home!
