I recently used Bassett’s design services and worked with Kim Gable. I highly recommend Kim! I initially scheduled a virtual consultation and then visited the store where she had put together upholstery and rug samples based on our consultation and my preferences. Kim was fantastic to work with and really took the time to make sure that we were selecting pieces that I would love. Very Good experience buying from sales consultant Emma. She was friendly and helpful. If she didn't have the answer, she found it for us! She was efficient with communication ... quick and thorough. We found the bedroom set we liked, and it was delivered in time frame they promised. We were able to get a good sale price. For a small fee, we got the drawer handles in color finish we wanted. Emma was our Design Consultant, and she was the best! She listened to our wants and needs and helped pick out the right colors, fabrics, and gave us suggestions on which furniture collections to try out. We had lots of fun and laughs with her and other store associates, too. My anxiety level was lower than normal when making such a big decision. I will highly recommend Emma and Bassett Furniture.
