We had such a great experience at Bassett Furniture, Susan Blaik was wonderful and helped us purchase two reclining couches and a really big rug. She made the experience so easy and painless, we highly recommend her!
We bought a sectional from Bassett, and the customer service is just as good as the couch! We worked with Donna who helped us design our living room. She helped with measurements and gave stellar advice on colors and fabrics. It was a pleasure to work with Donna, and we will be returning when we’re ready to furnish another room!
I appreciated working with Emlyn in picking out a sofa appropriate for a smaller space. She was helpful, knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through my options, including cushion fillings, and fabric choices. She made what could have been a stressful experience much more enjoyable. The result is I now have a beautiful sofa, recently delivered! I highly recommend seeing Em for your furniture needs.
Terri is a wonderful designer at Bassett Falls Church. She was patient listening to our needs melding older furniture with new, making great recommendations. She shared lots of options including adding a great new rug with an incredible sales price to tie everything together. We highly recommend Bassett and Terri!
Donna was very helpful with selecting a couch and with finding sales to save me lots of money compared to whether I shopped alone, and excited for the couch!
