We had a great experience with a custom order bed from Bassett! Great customer service with very helpful designers!
Victoria was extremely helpful without being pushy. She gave us the information we needed on our first visit and followed up with a single email. When we chose to return we gave her a call in advance and she had our profile and fabrics ready to go. She was very patient and gave good guidance without dominating the decisions. I’m very excited about the sofa and ottoman we ordered and would highly recommend Bassett, Victoria, and the store manager Mike. Thank you for a great experience!

I really enjoyed working with Mike and Lisa at the Dublin, Ohio store! They helped me pick out a sofa with accent pillows and told me I could buy extra fabric to further use in decorating my living and dining room.
