Because of previous success with Bassett products, we drove from Cincinnati to Columbus to shop for our new home. From our initial phone call with Pam and our in-store interactions with Rick and Mike, we were treated with nothing but respect and professionalism through the entire process. All questions were answered and any suggestions/directions were provided without a sales pitch. They listened to our wants and needs and worked towards our goal. We are excited to receive our order.
