Michaela was wonderful to work with and so helpful to answer all my questions. She also was patient as I looked at all our options before deciding on the perfect fabric. Look forward to receiving our sofas!
Disappointed. I noticed within a week that a sofa cushion sags after someone sits on it I need to pull it back up into place after someone sits on it for more than 30 minutes. They did replace the cushion twice but issue still exists. The people are very nice but the sofa is not the quality I expected from a made in USA company
If you’re looking for quality furniture at an affordable price and excellent customer service, this is the place for you. My husband and I stopped in to Bassett after visiting 10+ other furniture stores and the costumer service sold us right away. Jason Townley was beyond tentative to our every desire when it came to designing the furniture for our new build home.
