Jason has been extremely helpful with our furnishing needs when we have stopped in Bassett at Tuttle Crossing. This is the second dresser we have bought from him, and they are very well made.

Michaela was a very helpful sales consultant - low pressure - but available for questions. The credenza is a beautiful, quality wood, piece that we will enjoy having for a long time. Special thanks to Mike and Cory for arranging the delivery schedule to meet our needs and the Delivery team for being so accommodating to place the piece in just the right spot. Every one we dealt with was pleasant and friendly and we’ll certainly Shop there Again.
I purchased a bedframe and initially had a great experience in the store with the salesperson, no complaints there. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once it came time to actually receive my order. I paid in full, but only part of the bedframe was delivered, despite confirmation that the entire order would arrive. Now, I’m left chasing down answers about the missing $560 portion of my order.
