Sadly, I have had to revise my review. While our sales person Merrilee was so easy to work with. She was patient and offered great advice. Such a positive experience. However their delivery has been a completely different experience. I told their delivery department 3 different times the dates that would not work for delivery however they continued to ask me if they could deliver on a date that I was unavailable. Excellent service.
BEWARE Shop elsewhere - The store owners will not standby their contracted sales warranty. We only wanted a “like original” covered under warranty, not something firmer than was originally sold (despite their lying response below). For Bassett to claim another story is disingenuous, and another example of their dishonesty.
