Kerry Marschke was great. He understood what we were looking for, had a terrific grasp of their inventory, and answered all of our questions. When one of the pieces arrived damaged he helped us to get a new one to replace the damaged one. He also stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process.
Good communication. Great delivery. Excellent experience from start to finish.
The quality of this furniture is excellent. I loved working with Kerry Marschke, he is very knowledgeable, he understood what I wanted and answered all my question. He was patient and understanding. Delivery experience was also excellent. They were polite and professional. They did a great job assembling and setting up everything.
I've only given 4 stars YET because Ive just ordered the loveseat - wont get it for several weeks. My experience so far has been wonderful. Bill went out of his way to get me multiple fabric samples to test in my room - and sooo glad he did. He and the GM (Christy ?) were both pleasant and over the top accomodating. Looking forward to receiving the loveseat and then ordering a sofa.
Pretty smooth process. Happy with how it went.
