I've only given 4 stars YET because Ive just ordered the loveseat - wont get it for several weeks. My experience so far has been wonderful. Bill went out of his way to get me multiple fabric samples to test in my room - and sooo glad he did. He and the GM (Christy ?) were both pleasant and over the top accomodating. Looking forward to receiving the loveseat and then ordering a sofa.

I am so grateful for my designer, Bill Neely. Together, we came up with a gorgeous design that I am truly going to love. Bill came to my home and did measurements. I know that without his help I would’ve ordered two large of furniture and too much furniture. And the tones that I originally thought I wanted would not have worked with the flooring and cabinets.
