Everyone is very friendly and helpful while we were designing our new couch. I wish I could give a review on it but I still have not received it. We ordered 3 months in advance of moving into our new home to avoid this. We designed in store with a salesman and paid, but they forgot to order it and for some reason they put it on hold. We never said we needed a hold, we wanted it as soon as it was ready.
