David Young, our design consultant was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, knows the business, has a great eye for fashion, & is wonderful to work with!
I had the best experience at this store due to two specific employees that helped us buy a complete living room set. Heather Williams is such a skilled designer and very knowledgeable, couldn't be happier with the final product. But Candace Clark went beyond commen courtesy, she knew model numbers from memory. Asked great questions about our space, aesthetics etc. Gave us space to discuss when needed and patiently priced out multiple models and configurations. I had a wonderful experience at Bassett furniture in the Westport Connecticut store with David Young design consultant. I picked up beautiful living room for furniture with his health and expertise and he was very patient and knowledgeable about the small details when placing my final order. He also followed up, keeping me informed of when I would receive the furniture. I would highly recommend asking for David when you’re shopping at Westport, Connecticut.
