Although I didn't end up purchasing my sofa from Bassett, my experience working with Christina at the Shortpump location was nothing short of amazing. She was prompt, patience, and offered me plenty of options. I'll certainly keep them in mind for future purchases.
Great selection of furniture and fabrics! Jason was our salesperson and did a great job answering our questions and guiding us towards pieces that would fit in our home and meet our needs. He was able to send us the details of the items we looked at over email which was very helpful when comparing items between different stores. Would definitely use Bassett again in the future.
Jackie is an amazing person! We were having issues with a sleeper sofa we purchased over 6 years ago, but still loved. She helped us figure out a repair solution rather than a new purchase. So thankful! We will never buy furniture anywhere else again. Bassett, your people rock!
We had a wonderful experience! We worked with Jason and with Nathan. Jason really helped us make good choices as far as matching colors and textiles. Then when our furniture was to be delivered, both Jason and Nathan showed up at our door just a few minutes before the delivery truck. They stood and made sure everything was delivered perfectly.
