We love our new love seat! Christina kept an eye out for something that would work for us and when she found it she let us know. It was perfect. Highly recommend Basset and Christina particularly. She is knowledgeable, personable, and good at communicating. The moving crew were also quite good. Ahead of schedule and very efficient.
From designing the room to ordering the livingroom furniture to setting up the date for delivery and the delivery itself, it was a smooth ride. Christina Delli Santi was a great help in designing the room. She made great suggestions for materials and colors to match what I already had and wanted to keep. Although I didn't end up purchasing my sofa from Bassett, my experience working with Christina at the Shortpump location was nothing short of amazing. She was prompt, patience, and offered me plenty of options. I'll certainly keep them in mind for future purchases.
Great selection of furniture and fabrics! Jason was our salesperson and did a great job answering our questions and guiding us towards pieces that would fit in our home and meet our needs. He was able to send us the details of the items we looked at over email which was very helpful when comparing items between different stores. Would definitely use Bassett again in the future.
Jackie is an amazing person! We were having issues with a sleeper sofa we purchased over 6 years ago, but still loved. She helped us figure out a repair solution rather than a new purchase. So thankful! We will never buy furniture anywhere else again. Bassett, your people rock!
