Michelle is professional, patient, friendly, gives excellent suggestions without being “pushy”, smiles often and laughs, and makes people feel instantly comfortable. Her follow through is excellent. She answered all my questions and is an excellent listener!

Admittedly checked out Raymour and Ashley stores first but we’ve learned now to check Bassett first for future furniture needs/wants. Michelle N. was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our home is tight-cornered, so we needed a specific end table and couldn’t find even the right style until we found Bassett and met Michelle. This round end table is unique and well crafted.
