We have had multiple great experiences at Bassett in Victor. Almost all our furniture is now Bassett. The couches, chairs, ottomans, side tables, rugs, dining room table and chairs, and bedroom set is all high quality, durable, and beautiful. We have worked with Michelle Nichols-Martocello the last two times. Her design ideas and fabric recommendations were excellent. She really gave us a lot of attention and listened to our likes and opinions. I give Michelle and Bassett my highest recommendation!
We recently decided to replace our sofa and one side chair and having worked with Bassett in the past we knew we could expect excellent service and quality! Again, we were not disappointed!
