We buy our mattress with them. Each time they are friendly and have a good selection to chose from. The only thing if you don't purchase you base at initial purchase afterwards its outrageously expensive .
We didn't know what we were getting into when we walked in. Friendly staff but very pushy. Yikes! Not our cup of tea. We left feeling overwhelmed and annoyed.
