Furniture prices too high for quality. Bought $3500 dining table with 6 chairs in early 2021. Chairs dent very easily just pushing chairs in creates dents in wood. Wood is a too soft of a wood. Thought I bought a premium table but not the case. Table top scratches easily as well.
We had a terrific experience purchasing a new couch this spring. We have purchased from Bassett multiple times because of the quality construction and stylish designs. Cece was wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable of the products, listened closely to our needs, and recommended options that were right for us. We never felt like we were being pushed or over sold, and after a few months, we are still loving our new couch!

We ordered a coach on President’s day weekend from Basset in Dublin and it was supposed to be delivered first week of May. We have not received the coach as of June 11,2022 and whenever We call them they are so rude and making excuses. We are so disappointed of them and the way they handles customer service.We know for sure that this will be the last time buying furniture frome Bassette.
