The salesmen are really mean. They were all sweet and really friendly and helpful. They answered all the questions and gave us special discounts! We had finalized 2 couches. Before the billing, we said to hold off as we wanted to sort the delivery logistics as we didn't want to pay $600 just for delivery. This was when the behavior of the salesmen changed all of a sudden. The guy at the billing counter became rude and exclaimed "what a customer!" We’ve had a terrible experience with Bassett so I will never buy from them again. We ordered living room furniture and a few extra pieces in December. They messed up the order from the start and we had to redo everything because they sold some items that weren’t available anymore. They quoted 3-4 months for delivery and never updated us about delays — we had to prompt for updates. We received part of our order a couple days ago and the couch and chairs have the wrong seat cushions. We let them know and they suggested we brin... read more

I went to the store and I talk to the sales person for the best sofa w the hardest cushion they had find one I made sure is Custom made , And I paid $1100 extra after 2 months they delivered was the software cushion,we were very disappointed, I called 5 to 6 times no one returned my call , we went to the store and talk to them they to told us we sent some one to Redon the cushion, we waited for a long time no one came or call .
