I originally went to Bassett to get a sectional after we were disappointed with results we got from a different vendor. Based online I was pretty sure what I wanted and just wanted a chance to see it and sit in it. When we got there we met Derek, who was really helpful, listened to what happened, and what we wanted. Great showroom and knowledgeable staff.
What a great experience and I haven't even received the couch! We fell in love with Bassett and we went to our closest retailer in southwestern MA. I already knew what I wanted, and I had the details ready before walking into the store (because I'm insane lol). Unfortunately, the associates at the store seemed in a rush and kept referencing cheaper alternatives as if I couldn't afford the brand. Over the last half a year, I had 3 great experiences at Bassett Design Center. Each time, Irina was able to find an exact match for what I was looking for my bedroom and other parts of the house.
