Huge shout out to Pam Marks for her help in designing what truly is the couch of my dreams! The leather Beckham sectional and ottoman is absolutely perfect for my space. Her expertise and eye for design were invaluable. The delivery team also did a great job. I recommend Pam and Bassett to anyone looking for gorgeous quality furniture and exceptional service.
Mark, at the Thornton, CO store, did a great job selling us a rocker/recliner. He kept us informed throughout the process and the chair is just what I wanted.
I purchased a couch here a few years ago and the sales rep I worked with pushed the Guardsman protection plan pretty aggressively. Basically, per the salesperson, "For $300, Guardsman will address all damage and stains no matter what." Looking back, had I done a little bit of research on Guardsmen and seen that they have a 1 star review per multiple reputable sites, I would've declined. We worked with Mark and another of his associates in choosing the furniture for our new home. Both were helpful and knowledgeable and great about keeping us informed on the expected arrival date of our furniture.
