Much nicer quality of furniture here than other stores nearby.
Great experience with Pam discussing and trying out multiple couch options before settling on the best fit for us. She was patient and worked with us through all of our questions, ideas and design options helping us land on the right size, color, number of pillows, etc.
Had great service from Kait. Would buy there again if Kait is the sale person.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
Bought two couches and a single chair. Took almost 5 months to recoeve the couches, when asked about the chair they said it was still on back order. Another 3 months went by and still no chair. When I talked to the manager I was I formed that Bassett doesn't event make a chair like we were sold. Essentially we were lied to. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL TO THE CUSTOMER
